出了演戏陈百祥的主持功底也是为大家所称赞。口才好，反应快，自带港式幽默。但是陈百祥最初出道，我想大家肯定很难猜到。他最初是依靠演唱进入演艺圈的。当然也可以这样说，他唱的不好才去演的戏。但是人家可是拿过比赛冠军的哟，而且还是把许冠杰打败才拿的冠军。如果和吴孟达一样，那么一定会带来更多精彩的电影。这样的全才，真的可以撑得起“叻哥”这个称号了。当然不能说是星爷的电影成就了他，但是是不可否认，在星爷的电影中陈百祥名气真的是更上一层楼了。个人感觉在喜剧表演方面，陈百祥和周星驰绝对是一对非常好的搭档。可惜两人的合作太少了。
