雅凯夺冠班底的第15个退役球星 德约卡夫美国挂靴

< >记者赵威报道 作为法国队1998年世界冠军和2000年欧洲杯冠军的主要功臣，在离开国家队整整5年后，38岁中场德约卡夫10月31日宣布正式挂靴，他表示退役后不会离开足球，可能会担任一个俱乐部经理的角色，当主教练的可能性不大。他是1998年雅凯夺冠班底的第15个退役球星，也是同年龄组最后一个退役的球星。</P>
< >德约卡夫曾先后效力过法甲（斯特拉斯堡、摩纳哥、巴黎圣日耳曼）、意甲（国际米兰）、德甲（凯泽斯劳滕）和英超（博尔顿、布莱克本）等主要联赛。在布莱克本时，德约卡夫已经很难保证自己的主力位置，不过他没有选择退役，而是到美国大联盟球队纽约红牛继续自己的职业生涯。这一去，就是2年。</P>

< >德约卡夫是法国足球历史上一个重要的球员，这不仅在于他在法国队82场比赛中的28个进球，还在于他是法国球星中技术特点非常独特的一个。作为法国国脚中屈指可数的几个不是出自正规训练营的球员，德约卡夫的技术路线同样偏门，由于他在进攻中神出鬼没跑位像蛇的蜿蜒一样，因此他有个外号叫“蛇”。</P>
< >他的场上位置介于前腰和前锋之间，连曾经在摩纳哥执教的温格都感到难以取舍，而普拉蒂尼则认为他是典型的9号半球员。在1998年夺冠的451主力阵容中，德约卡夫是前场核心，也是从那时开始，他达到职业生涯的巅峰。2000年欧洲杯上，他是1／4决赛淘汰西班牙的进球功臣。在2002年韩日世界杯后，德约卡夫结束了自己在国家队的生涯，专心在俱乐部踢球，直到31日宣布正式退役。</P>

<DIV>Youri Djorkaeff has retired from football after a glittering career that saw him play in the French teams that won the 1998 FIFA World Cup and UEFA EURO 2000.<BR><BR>The 38-year-old Djorkaeff had been due to play for the New York Red Bulls against Washington in the Major League Soccer Eastern Conference semi-finals on Sunday but was unable to do so because of an ankle injury.<BR><BR>The Bulls lost and Djorkaeff confirmed his earlier decision to retire at the end of the US season.<BR><BR>\"I feel great even though I was unable to play in this last game.\" he said.  \"I have no regrets and achieved all I wanted to achieve in my career playing in all the top leagues of Europe.<BR><BR>\"But I felt that the time had come to call it a day. Physically I am still on top of my game but mentally it\'s more difficult.\"<BR><BR>Djorkaeff, whose father was also a noted French international, began his career at Grenoble in 1984 going on to play for Strasbourg, Monaco and Paris St Germain.<BR><BR>He moved to Inter Milan in 1996 for a successful three-year stint during which he played a key role in the France side that won the FIFA World Cup in 1998.<BR><BR>He moved to Kaiserslautern in Germany from 1999 until 2002 before joining Sam Allardyce at Bolton Wanderers in the English Premiership for two years.<BR><BR>After a brief spell with Blackburn Rovers, Djorkaeff joined the New York Red Bulls in April 2005.<BR><BR>He played 82 times for France between October 1993 and June 2003 and scored 28 goals.<BR><BR>Asked what the highlight of his career had been Djorkaeff replied: \"Winning the World Cup with France. Each and every footballer dreams of doing that one day. The European title in 2000 was the icing on the cake. There was something magical about the French team in those days.\"<BR><BR>Djorkaeff\'s retirement comes hard on the heels of that of goalkeeper Fabien Barthez and leaves just four of France\'s FIFA World Cup winning squad - Patrick Vieira, Thierry Henry, David Trezeguet and Liliam Thuram - still being considered by coach Raymond Domenech.</DIV>
