普拉蒂尼爆冷当选欧足联新主席 约翰松将结束统治

<>　　新浪体育讯　北京时间1月26日19时(德国当地时间12时)，欧洲足联在德国杜塞尔多夫结束了新一轮主席选举，普拉蒂尼以27票对23票的优势挫败77岁的现任主席约翰松，当选新一届欧足联主席，他也成为欧足联历史上的第6位主席。</P>
<>　　第31届欧足联全体会议于本周四在杜塞尔多夫开幕，周五的主席选举是本次会议受关注的内容，角逐在现任欧足联主席约翰松与欧足联执委普拉蒂尼之间展开，52个成员国的足协主席拥有选举权，投票采取无记名方式，因此得票超过50%(26票)即可胜出，如果经过3轮还无法决出胜者，将通过抽签的方式决定。当选者将得到4年任期。</P>
<>　　瑞典人约翰松1990年以来一直把持着欧洲足联，他代表着欧洲足联的传统价值观，77岁高龄的他本来打算退位，但在本方阵营找不到合格人选的情况下，他决定再次谋求连任。他主张维持欧足联与欧洲赛事的现有架构，充分开发赛事的经济价值。他得到了德国等足球强国的支持。虽然约翰松选举失败，但他已经是欧足联历史上在任时间最长的主席。</P>
<>　　改革派普拉蒂尼得到国际足联主席布拉特明确支持，51岁的他代表着东欧与苏格兰等弱势群体，反对经济利益至上，其竞选纲领的主要内容包括改革冠军杯赛制，减少强势联赛的参赛球队名额。普拉蒂尼的支持度与人脉显然无法与约翰松相比，尤其是遭到了以G14为代表的西欧欧洲豪门的反对。</P>
<>　　本次选举被认为是欧足联成立以来竞争最激烈的一次。选举前夕，约翰松和普拉蒂尼较量升级，从口水战到心理战无所不用。欧洲足坛主流的代表人物之一贝肯鲍尔本周表示，普拉蒂尼如果当选，将给欧洲足联带来并不受欢迎的改变，欧足联可能因此而分裂。而在投票前不到24小时，向来与约翰松有隙的布拉特在对会议代表作正式发言时，公开表明支持1998年以来与其共事的普拉蒂尼。</P>

<P>Johansson also drew attention to his track record during his 17 years in power, especially in establishing the Champions League.</P>
<P>He added: \"I tried to tell you my philosophies through the years and I have allowed myself to refer to the track record of what we have established over these years.</P>
<P>\"Along with [former UEFA chief executive] Gerd Aigner I am called the father of the Champions League.</P>
<P>\"But I have always protected the small and middle-sized countries in Europe.</P>
<P>\"You should never change a winning team and I think I have been the coach of a winning team.\"</P>
<P>In his speech Platini tried to limit any damage caused by Blatter\'s remarks.</P>
<P>Platini said: \"You have the future of European future in your hands. I have been able to carry out the campaign I wanted and without attacking my opponent.</P>
<P>\"I stand before you with respect, modesty and resolve.\"</P>
<P>Platini immediately invited Johansson to become an honorary president of UEFA.</P>
<P>The former France forward said: \"This is just the beginning of an adventure.</P>
<P>\"I\'m happy today to be able to represent European football, I\'m very moved and very happy.</P>
<P>\"This is a great victory but I have huge admiration for Lennart and I would ask for Lennart Johansson to become an honorary president of UEFA.\'\'</P>
