<p>  在前不久公布了新一届ENC的赛制之后，ENC组委会于近日发布了最新的欧洲国家CS项目的排名。这份排名是根据各国国家队在以往三届中的表现而制定的，德国以两分的优势力压上届瑞典登上积分榜的宝座。根据新的赛制，积分榜前6位将直接晋级ENC第四赛季的线上正赛。同时将通过预选赛选出另外6支参加正赛的队伍，预选赛将进行三轮，每轮12支队伍，胜出的六支队伍晋级下一轮，与排位相对较高的六支队伍进行下一轮的预选赛。而以往在ENC中没有获得积分的队伍将参加资格赛，胜出的六支队伍进入第一轮预选赛。
