是腾讯翻译的不好.

国际足联官网英文翻译:

"My gut feeling is that our team will be in a position to win a trophy in 2012 or 2014."

This is much closer to 神猪's tranlation from German to Chinese.

What 腾讯 published cannot even be considered a straight translation, more an article written based on that was published on fifa.com.

Assuming the English version is a faithful translation of the German version, 腾讯 left out some parts of the the English version, which can be read through this link:

I sometimes feel sorry for the fans in China, who have to rely on some so-called "professional" Chinese websites for their international football information. These websites are rather indiscriminate in choosing their sources ( e.g. garbage like the Daily Mirror or pedestrian sites like goal.com).  Even their tranlation from more respectable publications or official websites are often very unprofessional and involve numerous errors.

I can't really type Chinese characters (I can only cut and paste), so I am not much help.  But I hope members like 神猪 and others who can read German or English will point out translation errors on the articales from Chinese websites that are posted here, to help other members who can only read Chinese.

The chinese fans are often lost in the miserable translation of the chinese websites.

我前几天在队吧看见一个视频，关于小新和272是同学的，是kicker记者走访盖尔森基兴他们以前学校时拍摄的，腾讯拿来做自己的新闻。腾讯新闻里介绍性的文字都算了，有两段小新和272的老师对他俩的评价，从kicker视频里翻译的。视频里小新老师说的是小新14、5岁在他班上时很矮，当时大家都不看好他，后来他完成了飞跃。腾讯新闻里是“小新很矮，他那时候在班里总是坐在前排，站直了也只到我胸口。许多孩子都因为小时候条件不好放弃了这一行，这也是为什么从这里到成年队里出名的孩子凤毛麟角。”
272老师说话的翻译更是牛唇不对马嘴。腾讯文章里老师是这么说272“厄齐尔是一个心思细腻的男孩，他那时候坐在教室后面非常害羞。但是一到球场上他却总能做出吸引全场眼球的动作来。”但实际上人家老师说的是“272是个很有魅力的学生，那时候他就懂得如何散发魅力。有时候他脑子也会犯糊涂，但是他会纠正。”
我不懂这个记者为什么就跟272和小新坐在前排后排纠结上了——可人家完全没有这么说啊。
就因为这篇文章的错误翻译，一堆女孩子在帖子里对着272感叹“小时候就很害羞啊”。。。。我真的无语。人家老师说的是“ein charmanter schüler”,不是“ein schüchterner schüler”好吧。charmant 和schüchtern两个词的读音差很远好吧，都不知道这个翻译或者编辑怎么听的，可以说是完全没有听懂。
我觉得字幕组、网上粉丝的义务翻译什么的不很准确就算了，可是拿钱的网站、杂志编辑们，还是需要标准的，需要准确度的，起码百分之8、90的准确率吧。可是往往这些编辑们的水平还比不上不拿钱的粉丝、字幕组。
网站、杂志的翻译，因为这些错误的翻译，使它们的报道丧失了新闻要求的真确可信，对它们的读者进行了误导，这是没有新闻道德，对受众不负责任和不尊重[s:86]
