LZ, when you 转帖, please quote your source and the original author.
It is a basic courtesy and shows respect for the original author''s efforts.
Also, knowing the source of the article helps the reader evaluate the its reliability. (Something from a respectable newspaper, say the Times, is more reliable than something from the gutter press like the Sun.)
Most Chinese readers don't care, but still....

I've read the original English article, and I think it is very insightlful. Unfortunately I cannot type Chinese (though obviously I can read Chinese), so I cannot translate it and post it here.
