Starving kids can be found in a lot of countries, certainly in China, even in the US. Having said that, starvation and malnutrition are much more wide-spread in North Korea. However, I refuse to believe things in North Korea are as black and white as we are told.
I am not really defending North Korea, just trying to look out for China's interests there.
