不过德国人的英语在欧洲算是好的(虽然德国人说英语有他们的口音),在德国连个小秘书都会说3门外语.总的来说,南欧人的英语很差,中欧北欧的人英语很好.在荷兰,听说要饭的都会说流利的英语.
