One: Draxler is not even the second choice in the German side.
Two: Reus & Ozil play is very similar and a player like Gotze or Kruse would fit very well as a striker. Surely, the strikers wont get a lot of header opportunities with these 2(Reus & Ozil) playing in the side. Its more about vision, making the right runs and intelligent play. Of course every team needs a different dimension to their play and Muller provides it. He is very good with headers and also is in the right place at the right time. So, I would prefer a German side that brings in someone like Kruse or Gotze to complement the engine of goals for Germany - Ozil & Reus. Yes Kruse has played very bad in international games, but with his current form, he will be a good fit.

Lewandowski is better striker than Kiessling, it is clear. He has good pass, through ball and best finishing in Europe.

He shouldDefinately be in the German Starting XI, Let alone the German Squad. He is the best Striker in the Bundesliga, along with Kruse, he had the aerial ability, and is an imposing figure for the defences, and can score a bunch of goals!
