German magazine \"Sport Bild\" reported last week that the member of Germany´s 2002 World Cup final team is unlikely to return in time for the start of team training on 25 June.
\"I have let my Achilles tendon checked in the last couple of days once again by a few experts. Fortunately the results have always been the same. The tendon has completely healed again, but the adjoining structures like bones and connective tissue need a bit more time to get used to the increased strain,\" said the German international, who´s currently on vacation in Spain, on his homepage. \"I only know for sure that I won´t make it in time for the start of training on 25 June, because I slowly have to increase the strain. That´s why I can´t give an exact date for my comeback. But I´m positive that things are getting better.\"
