the principle of firing staff in Germany

<>In Germany, if a company encounter recession and needs to reduce the stafftrimmer none of staff will turn to the privilege from their manager or nibs. There each company insist on the the principle of firing staff, ie, the first staff fired are the ones belonging to bachelordom; second fired ones are married  but have no kid yet. Then the thrid fired ones have only one child and the rest may be deduced by analogy.</P>
<>This results in a doubt in Chinese. How could the firm inspire the staff work hard if runing in terms of the principle mention above? The answer from a German is that every employee gets different bonus as their working  efficency. But this still cannot answer my question. After all, between bonus and out of work, the latter has more influence. However, germans don't approve. They hold the view that children is more important than anything else and no company is permited to affect the grow of children by firing employees. Therefore, every compay, whether large or little ones, preserve in this principle up to now and no one breaks it.</P>
<>Maybe it's different opinion between two countries. If in China, the leader will chose to reduce the stafftrimmer in light of the relationship of leaders or working efficiency even in German company.</P>
