Don’t ask me how; I just knew it, because I had faith in it.

The beginning of this season was a great success for little nephew Kimi, with his first of a series of victories. Once upon a time, everyone believed that this season would be a big show for him, together with his team. However, god likes playing jokes on us common human beings. Later on, Kimi and Ferrari came up with a variety of troubles, for instance, engine problems, bugs with electronic systems, etc. The attitude of media towards this team changed so quickly that you could never believe there had been something steel true, blade straight. They distracted their attention and turned to another so called Rinsing Star, L Hamilton, a British Negro, and expected him to take the vacancy left by Schumi. Praises and supports flooded to L Hamilton and I bet he himself had possibly been indulged in them, leaving Kimi in suspicion: whether or not, he could defend the hornour of the dynasty built by Michael?

Yes, I admit that even a person with great optimism might feel gloomy about the future of Kimi deep in his soul then, as things just didn’t go well for him, whilst the scores of his rivals, F Alonso and L Hamilton, were skyrocketing. It was normal that one would worry, but after the initial anxiety, ludicrously enough, even when Kimi fell behind his competitors further and further over a tough period of time, I found myself calm down in peace. Then I realized that there was a particular issue called FAITH. Yes, once I suspected that whether Kimi would achieve his success, but I had believed in him and I know I would never desert him, no matter if he could be the champion. I had faith in his competence and nothing else would count. When I came to realize this, I learnt to enjoy the process of the races, the enthusiasm Kimi had for this game, and my wishes for his good luck. Luck came and went, Kimi won and lost, but the faith, the faith I had in him had never changed. I believed that a guy strived so much would be accorded equal payback; I believed that stars would shine in the sky even clouds were trying to cover their glories; I believed that even calamity could not deter his paces catching up with his rivals; and after all, I believed that even if none of those happened, he would still be Kimi, the guy I’m backing up, the man I had faith in. When you began to believe, the most important would be belief itself and nothing else would really matter. Success? Congratulations! Failure? So what! There would always be chances and opportunities to challenge yourself and prove your talents, Kimi. Whatever the result would be, one thing that actually counted was that you have tried and we had faith in you. Those had overtaken the races themselves to ascend to a higher spirit, a simple state of mind. Many nights, a lot of your supporters preyed that you could win even when it needed miracles to happen. But when we believed, all of those would be meaningless because faith itself was a source of miracle of miracles. When you believe, there always will be a miracle, and your champion is an illustration of its power. Even if you had not won, the faith we had in you would be the power, the miracle, and the relief you would have desired.

When I’m going to end the chapter, I run the iTunes and click WHEN YOU BELEVE. There can be a miracle, when you believe. Yes, Kimi, you will realize the miracle, as we believe.
|
